So Iâve been playing guitar (and Metallica songs on guitar) for the better part of 30 years and the tail of the main riff in âBlackenedâ always tripped me up and I never âmasteredâ it so Iâve been working on it lately, and Iâm getting close I feel. The thing that helped make it âclickâ was the tail doesnât end on an open E it ends on an F which is why the timing always messed me up, so I just practiced the tail and stopped on the F for a while and then I threw it in with the riff and it made WAY more senseâŠGuitar is an ESP Explorer Amp is a Mesa Boogie JP2C Cab and Speakers are a Mesa Boogie oversized straight 4x12 with Vintage 30âs
